Thomas Partey is reportedly dissatisfied with his playing time at Arsenal and is contemplating a possible departure from the North London club in January.

Although the midfielder played a significant role in the Gunners’ title push last season, his impact in the current campaign has been restricted.

While injury troubles have sidelined the Ghanaian star for a considerable part of the season, he was in the starting lineup for the first three matches of the campaign when he was fit.

Nonetheless, according to Sky Sports, Partey is becoming increasingly frustrated with the limited opportunities provided by Mikel Arteta this season and is weighing the option of leaving in January.

Partey is still recovering from an injury, and Arteta confirmed during his press conference on Friday that he won’t be back in action for several more weeks.

Given the challenges of securing a place in the starting lineup upon his return, the option of leaving in January becomes more appealing.

Juventus has expressed longstanding interest in the Arsenal player, although it’s uncertain which teams might make a move for the midfielder during the winter transfer window, or if Arsenal will be willing to permit his midseason departure.
