While Raul Asencio has delivered solid performances, his playing time may decrease with Alaba back in contention. The coaching staff highly value Alaba’s experience and composure, which were evident in his return match against Girona. Despite being sidelined for over a year, he looked sharp, physically strong, and in control, helping Real Madrid secure a clean sheet.

Although Asencio has featured in 24 matches this season, accumulating 1,584 minutes, the competition for a starting spot has intensified.
