Arsenal legend Thierry Henry shared a light-hearted moment with fellow Frenchman Kylian Mbappe before their Champions League clash on Tuesday. Ahead of the match, Henry jokingly told the Real Madrid star that he hoped for a quiet performance from him at the Emirates Stadium.

 

WHAT THIERRY HENRY SAID

Speaking on CBS Sports, Henry said: “There’s always a deep level of respect when I meet Kylian Mbappe—we both trained at Clairefontaine. But tonight, he’s going up against the club I care about the most. I don’t wish him harm, but I did tell him, ‘Please, try not to make your presence felt tonight.’”
